The title explains it all!

It happened at exactly about this time 7:15 time frame

Ouch...

I know those all the replacement aluminum trusses and older curved steel trusses were already replaced with short davits!

You have to watch out for those overhead lines, especially if you are in a hurry. All too easy to forget about clearances.......

They must be. I have regular bolt base poles here and it the wire was pulled like that it would snap before the pole came loose.
