I don't see metal halide listed anywhere on that listing... According to the lumens, it's indeed a merc.

Look closely at the pic... It is showing a MH lamp instead of a MV lamp.

That looks like an online picture. The lister probably just posted the first pic off google images because there's a company name on the pic so the lister didn't take that picture.
