I see those BGE commercails in Howard County, although I only saw PEPCO commercial when living in Montgomery County because majority of Montgomery County had PEPCO....

BGE Wires Down Commercial
BGE Tree Care Commercial (the streetlights on the video are ACTUAL BGE streetlights, including the teardrop on the wooden pole)
Conservation: Talking video game  This one is pretty funny!

PEPCO:
Pepco's Kids Electrical Safety Message I remember seeing this one when I was a kid even though I lived under BGE but I lived in a county that was majority of PEPCO
