Kinda-sorta-ish...it's difficult to explain when I'm not totally sure either...

The Sears shoplight is lit right now.
I took the reflector off today to check the ballast date but couldn't find one
One of the 34w Watt-Misers in the F32T8 wrap light in my bathroom is nearing EOL.

I have a vintage Sansui stereo tuner in my room
I can pick up AM radio stations from San Francisco after dark
Rapid start ballasts make a "whining" radio interference on AM.
