I got these at a 99 Cents Only, SCE subsidized. They are both 15 watt, but are slightly different shape and the bottom one has a little dimple near the base. Both 4-packs have the same UPC code.

Did it say anywhere on that package that the shape would be different?

No. While I didnt look at every aspect of the package, I found nothing noting a shape/design change.

Am I the only one to find CFLs like the bottom one terribly ugly? It doesn't look as good as the more classic shape in my opinion. xD

I find it ugly too...looks like it got a growth or a tumor....yuck!
