A Very Bright Space Heater
This is a 400w coated MH lamp running in a Lithiona Hi-Tek highbay. I've had this and two other identical ones for several years now but never bothered to mess with them until now except for one other occasion. This particular one got a re-wiring job too (new cord and cleaned up). It's multitap, but obviously it's currently wired for 120v. I have quite a few lamps for these, too...
As the title suggests, it gets pretty warm...introducing the new 400w metal halide space heater! Use only 400w instead of 1500w and get an insane amount of light too! Perfect for drying paint or thawing pipes!

Currently it has a type "R" Philips clear lamp that was NOS.
MH lamps come in multiple burning positions..."BU-ONLY" (base up) , "HOR" (horizontal) and "U" (Universal burning position meaning it can be used in any burning position).
