How did I do? I know I should be using a strain relief but I don't have one in that size unfortunately...I felt proud I even grounded it, something I've skimped on before.
Ack! i see frayed insulation on those romex wires! Looks good. The ground wire connected to the housing acts as a strain relief but you have to make sure the fixture metal doesn't tear the jacket on the romex. When I skimp out on the romex clamp I'll ties a knot with the cord if it' a cord but if it's romex I don't. I usually wrap the cord/romex in electrical tape so the fixture KO doesn't tear the jacket. Filing the KO hole down so that it's not sharp is good too.
I have a bunch of them too Mine came with cheesy accupro ballasts.
I suggest putting in a clamp asap and taping up the frayed Romex too. As least you grounded it, I never understand why people think it's funny to leave metal lights ungrounded.
BTW, is that a basket wrap? i hate those things.
