When I got this fixture at graybar they told me this was "Xcel Approved." So it seems Xcel energy approves this fixture. xD In fact the graybar I went to supplies streetlights to Xcel Energy for the roads too! Around that area I think. Unless that graybar does it everywhere but they order different fixtures like GE from there. I dunno.
