Inside the door. Not in too bad shape. Never knew there was that metal thing where the door bends. This kind of reminds me of a more square, more bulkier 1993 M-250 R2, it has the similarity where the door is mostly flat then close to the end of the door the metal bends backwards. I wonder, why didn't they keep the door completely flat? They could of done that. Keywords: American_Streetlights

I got an idea how to fix the hinge on this door.. Even though I got a new door I could still fix the old door. xD

Well, since I got that busted OVX door off the ground.. I could use the hinge piece from there and weld it on this door, since the OVX hinge is the same as this one.

Would that work?

And to weld I would pay a professional to do it. Not do it ourselves.

I'm not sure that it would work. The doors are made from a mold but you can see if someone can.

you can try, but since you have a new door I'd brign this to a scrap yard......

I'd rather keep this door because it's the original to the OVH.

I know where you're coming from.... I wanted to fix my OV25's PC recep, but the contacts were rusted beyond repair. Thankfully Darren had a spare. Very Happy The OV25's terminal block has terminals that are rusted beyond repair as well. Crying or Very sad I hope i can find new terminals for it......

I am working on fixing the OVX broken hinge now! I took some pics of what I am doing and how I am fixing it!!!
