Good old Mercury Vapor in Bailey.
Some of these fixtures are actually Pulse-Start Metal Halide fixtures. And I SWEAR they replaced one of the M-400 R3's with an M-400 R2. Maybe an older one. o.o

I know this picture is grainy! But it was freezing outside and the battery was dying in the camera.

The first light on the right is an Original M-400.. Probably 1950-1960. And it's missing it's refractor.

The rest are M-400 R3's.

The ground on the side of the road is lit by florescents on the side of a gas station store.

I am gonna get some day-views of these lights soon, maybe tomorrow.

Using the "Bailey Plaza" sign, I was able to find exactly where this pic was taken. Cool

Yep, that's the ones (& as I was thinking, probably even right around the same location)...my pic was just taken on the other side of the highway. Laughing
Atleast this pic can stand forever as a tribute to those MV's Cool

The M-400 without the glass is gray with the tab on the latch, so it is a 1966-1970 model.

^that time period would make sense with it being MV & all.

What would have been cool is to have been there when they were doing the switch-out & nab a couple of the old lights
(not that I would have had the guts to go ask about them anyway .. still a nice though though Laughing )
