yeah that sounds about right, the one i have has similar font, but its a 3,000K triphosphor

Since Hitachi made the Japanese GE circlines, maybe this is true for this one too. See the dots? Those look like a GE date code...

Japan made some very good quality lamps, could that be made by Toshiba who were in the early days licensed by Edison to make lamps in Japan 1890 just a thought
