It seems that Kiryat Ata don't like that the anti-cycle ignitors stop working when a lamp cycling, so they replacing them with the lamps. This is the third lamppost of the Schreder Sepale, and I remember seeing both lanterns cycles with the original ignitors and this didn't looked like this.
