Hot restrike of my Venture MH-DE 70W/UVS/PDX pink MH lamp

Like the Venture MH-DE 70W/UVS/GDX thallium lamp and my Aqua Light 70W/10000K indium lamp, there is no glow discharge in the arctube before the lamp restrikes, but the vapor afterglow can be clearly seen. I don't know which matter causes this afterglow.
