The hollow towers on the right with the polymer insulators and bundled wires are new, Not sure how new, but they were built recently for upgrades.

The lattice tower has a dual 240 KV line, two separate circuits. The three wires on the left side are the ones that go into the city, and the ones on the right go to that substation in the west. This is looking east. On the west side of the road and after where the wires branch, the side that you see here on the right is untouched, as but the other side is the 115 KV line that goes into the city. Not quite sure how they laid this out, but yeah.
