Granted but they all have analgam CFLs in them and since those take forever to warm up they're pretty much useless.

Granted but they are Chinese and last barely a tenth of that so on your normal daily commute it's a miracle if you don't see a nonworking traffic light.
I wish I had an 18 or 35 watt LPS yardblaster that worked flawlessly to replace my energy-hungry, (although beautiful) 175w MV yard light or keep both of them up but use the LPS most of the time so I could run it overnight on my battery system.

Granted but then the ballast got fried because the harmonic distortion from the modified sine wave inverter you were using created excessive eddy currents in the iron core which overheated the ballast.

Granted but they didn't poo on me...
In my experience, that MV  yard light does fine on modified sine wave inverter electricity, but buzzes louder than normal like any ballast will. Seems normally bright too.
I wish I could get a job running heavy equipment

I wish we had more daylight hours here in the winter in Alaska...
(I think this whole world ending thing is a bunch of hype). I could be wrong, but they've put out a lot of hype about the end of the world before and nothing has happened...but if the world ends it won't matter anyway since we won't exist so I'm not going to worry.
