M-400 Mounted Outside

It's 400W MV but it doesn't have the correct capacitors (it needs two 13.5uf or one 27uf, I forget the voltage) so I can't light it up. This isn't mine either, unfortunately. I'm storing it for a friend, Marco. He's got an OV-25 silverliner and wanted a M-400 to compliment it. So here's a 1964 silver GE M-400 that will go nicely with it.

I would have liked to leave this up for a while but it was swaying way too much on that wimpy arm so I put the M-250R back up. This thing is like 40 pounds!
